We are seeking a reliable On-site Gardener / Caretaker for a 148-townhouse complex in Kallangur QLD 4503. Flexible start (potential to accommodate a sooner start) but must start by 1 June 2026.

This role would suit someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining a well-presented community, and is comfortable living on site.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Mowing and whipper-snipping common areas
Weeding, trimming bushes and trees, and hedging
General garden and grounds maintenance
Handy man tasks
Cleaning two pools (no chemical testing required)
Managing site keys and placing them in lockboxes for contractor or tenant access when required

Remuneration
Free accommodation in a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-garage low-set home within the complex
Approximate rental value $42,000 per year
