On Site Manager (Live on site) - Available around November 2023.
This role can be managed by a couple with two positions (letting & building)
or Single with focus responsibilities.

We are a fast growing property & building management group. An excellent opportunity has now become available for our newly extended portfolio in Noosaville.

About the Role
Keys areas of the role include:-

Holiday Letting

- Managing a portfolio of around 60 lettings villas.
- End to end property management with front office admin support eg. guest enquiry, bookings, collect fund due, cleaning roster, repair & maintenance etc.
- Social media management eg. encourage google reviews & response in a timely manner.
- Trust receipting and end of month payment to owners & contractor.
- Maximum owner & business's revenue.

Building Management

- All aspect of building management with caretakers support for around 80 villas, 3 swimming pools, BBQ, Tennis courts and game room etc
- Ensure caretaker duties are carried out as per agreement, attend Body Coporate meeting, organizing quotation, supervising contractor work.
- Keeping an upto date maintenance schedule.
- Identify area of improvement and report to Body Coporate.
- Liaison with residents, committee and Body Coporate.
- Contractor invoice, Body corporate invoices

Out of Hour support
- Live on site. Attend & handle out of hours guest & building emergency.

Skill & Experience
- Professional presentation and friendly personality.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years hotel / holiday letting experience.
- Minimum 2 years building management experience.
- Must have solid experience of property management system & channel manager.
- Holding a valid driver license and real estate license
