The record sale by Resort Brokers Australia of the $600m \u2018FV\u2019 by Gurner management rights to Mantra Group has capped a run of chart-topping sales for the growing national accommodation property specialist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With 970 apartments plus commercial and leisure facilities spanning three landmark towers underway by Gurner in Brisbane\u2019s Fortitude Valley, FV is the largest management rights ever sold off-the-plan in Australia.<\/p>\n

The sale was handled by Resort Brokers\u2019 national sales manager, Trudy Crooks, and her brother, off-the-plan specialist, Tim Crooks.\u00a0 They said it was an outstanding result and a win-win-win for everyone, particularly for FV apartment owners who will have such a quality, experienced operator at the helm.<\/p>\n

For Resort Brokers, it continues a run of record-breaking sales and builds on an impressive sales tally across the accommodation property spectrum.\u00a0 Already this financial year, the agency has settled close to 140 sales worth a total of almost $215 million.<\/p>\n
