The Listing Wizard walks you through eight steps: Category, Address, Details, Features, Media, Ad Wording, Inspections and Review. It’s the same wizard whether you’re advertising a rental, a residential sale, a commercial property, management rights, a hospitality business or a UAE property. Employment ads for caretaking, management, relief and dual role positions are free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Start typing the street address and pick it from the suggestions, so the street, suburb, postcode and state fill in for you. Once a listing has been paid for, the address is locked, so check it before you publish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upload up to 30 photos, drag them into order and put your best one first. Photo number 1 is the main image on the portals. Landscape photos at least 1000 pixels wide look best, and the system warns you about portrait or small images before they go live. You can also add a floorplan, virtual tour and video link, enhance photos with AI lighting and colour correction, or book a photographer from My Listings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Portal rules ban phone numbers, email addresses, websites and business names in ad wording. The checker finds them as you type and stops you moving on until they’re removed, so your ad stays within the portal rules. Enquiries come through the portal and are routed to you, and the application link is added to your REA ad automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your listing on TheOnsiteManager.com.au is included. On the Review step you choose your portal level and see the total before you publish. As at October 2026, REA Standard is a fixed $50 inc GST for a rental and $413 inc GST for a residential sale, charged once per listing. Domain Standard is included. Feature, Highlight and Premier upgrades on REA, and Silver, Gold and Platinum on Domain, are available when you want more reach. Use Get Upgrade Prices to check a suburb before you list. Prices are a guide and the Review step always shows your live price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once REA Standard is paid, you can update the listing for free during its advertising window: about 70 days for a rental and nine months for a sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you press Publish, TheOnsiteManager creates the data feeds and sends your listing to realestate.com.au, Domain and our partner portals, and to TheOnsiteManager.com.au straight away. Commercial listings go to RealCommercial. You never log in to each portal. DATA LOGS shows what was sent, when, and the result from each portal, and a red ERROR pill tells you if something needs fixing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
