2021 Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting of Members of the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA National Ltd) will be held on Tuesday 26 October 2021\u00a0at 10.30 am (AEST)\u00a0in person at Riverside Hotel South Brisbane<\/b>. The ARAMA Board of Directors have decided that due to COVID-19 it is acceptable and COVIDSAFE to conduct the AGM\u00a0in person<\/b>\u00a0this year.<\/p>\n

  1. To Confirm Attendance & Quorum<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. To Confirm the Minutes<\/strong>\u00a0of the last General Meeting which was the 2020\u00a0AGM.<\/li>\n
  3. To Receive and Consider<\/strong>\u00a0the annual reports, statement of accounts and the audit report for year ended 30 June 2021.<\/li>\n
  4. To ratify the election of<\/strong>\u00a0members of the ARAMA National Ltd Board of Directors<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
