I am a fully licensed real estate agent since 2007 with15 years on-site building and property management experience and trade as a contractor with an ABN. Currently based on the Gold Coast, however I am happy to discuss all Queensland opportunities for short or long term management. Experienced in permanent as well as holiday management rights in large residential complexes, and have carried out property management services on large portfolios. I have comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft programmes, management software including REI Master, REI inspect, Property Tree, Property Me, Caretaker, and Mybos. I have extensive experience in trust accounts and end of month procedures. I have the ability to quickly learn systems, procedures, and software programmes. A thorough understanding of the Body Corporate and Communities Act and The Residential Tenancies Act, allows me to give comprehensive and accurate advice to owners and tenants. This also allows me to attend QCAT and present compelling arguments. Building management experience and an Architectural background enable me to identify potential issues and implement programmed maintenance to mitigate future problems. I communicate effectively with various trades that may be required for property maintenance.
