i am looking for a position as on / off site complex manager

Experienced on site manager live in or off site, has managed large and small complexes, has excellent references, hard worker goes out of his way to be help full attitude to all residence. Has a proven good track record working with Body corporate committees and corporate managers. Experienced residential and some commercial office building's.. Hands on maintenance repairs, swimming pool servicing,, garden landscaping, irrigation work, organising trades quotes and supervision of work. Very good in emergency situations, lateral thinker, has vast experience in the property management market, very proactive in reporting on observed issues. Will look at ALL opportunities, including buying management rights, caretaking working for management rights owner, emergency long / short-term on-site manager relief situations.
