Avanco Property Management is a boutique agency managing a select portfolio of residential properties across several Brisbane complexes. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our small, professional team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role covering both property management and caretaking responsibilities across our managed sites. You will be supported by an established team and a well-documented set of systems and procedures.

Day to day you will be responsible for tenancy management, inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears, owner communication, and trust accounting. Caretaking duties include oversight of common areas, contractor supervision, and compliance monitoring.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential property management
Working knowledge of PropertyMe, Google Workspace, and Realworks
High attention to detail and strong written communication
Professional, organised, and able to work independently
Confident managing competing priorities in a small team environment
