On site management couple required for riverside complex in Surfers Paradise
Relevant skills required:
• Experience in Holiday and permanent letting
• Front Desk and guest services
• Reservations and administration
• Owner, body corporate and guest relations
• Coordinating housekeepers
• Lawn, pool and garden maintenance
• Day to day caretaking, including morning cleaning of body corporate areas
• Body Corporate compliance – attending meetings and preparing reports
• Contractor management
• Experience with REI preferred including EOM and Trust Accounting
• Valid QLD Real Estate license
Office hours 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am – 12pm Weekends, but must be able to live on site.
Generous package including a pet friendly onsite 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. This will include up to a 12 month contract with support provided.
Start date will be early November for a generous hand over period with current manager.
We are looking for an experienced person who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through to completion with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position.
