Description
We are looking for a reliable and practical person to provide relief onsite management at Kula Beach Shacks, Mount Coolum from 11 January to 25 January 2027.
The role is approximately 2 hours per day, 6 days per week.
Duties will include:
* Checking the pool and completing basic pool care
* Walking through and checking Body Corporate/common areas
* Cleaning the BBQ area
* General presentation checks around the complex
* Picking up and dropping off linen for our cleaners
* Attending to any minor onsite matters that may arise
All short-term letting enquiries, bookings, guest communication and cleaning coordination will continue to be handled by us, so this role is primarily focused on the day-to-day physical care and presentation of the complex. Plus be on call if any issue arises.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently. Previous experience in onsite management, caretaking, resorts, holiday accommodation or property maintenance would be an advantage, but is not essential for the right person.
Dates: 11–25 January 2027
