Fresh Faces for ResortBrokers’ Management Rights Team

ResortBrokers has welcomed two experienced professionals to its management rights team, further strengthening the 40-year-old agency’s service across South East Queensland.

Steve Pappas joins the award-winning Brisbane management rights team, bringing more than a decade of sales experience spanning the finance, construction and automotive sectors. A former Navy serviceman, Steve also has firsthand experience in management rights, equipping him with a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing operators.

On the Sunshine Coast, Liz McLean will support the agency’s longtime broker Chenoa Daniel, ARAMA’s 2025 Broker of the Year. Liz brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, including Australia-wide property sales with Defence Housing Australia and running her own consultancy.
