Located within Ashmore Palms Holiday Village, short term Classic Family Villa offers resort-style living in a friendly community. Featuring a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk in the second bedroom, 3rd room (for storage only), open-plan living, kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, air-conditioning, television, microwave, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway parking for one vehicle. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child on a short-term basis.

Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full size tennis court and barbecue areas (fee).

Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) for each adult applicant and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent provided by the applicant. Rental is $620.00 per week, including electricity and water. A minimum 4-week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500.00 cleaning deposit, $100 key and boomgate swipe card deposit and $110 carpet cleaning fee. Extended stays may be available on request, subject to availability and upon application.
