Property Manager Position based at our Mermaid / Miami Complexes

Part Time Management employment, Greater Gold Coast Region
This is a part to full-time position based at our Mermaid Waters / Miami complexes. The salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and hours worked.
This is a great role for someone who needs total flexibility in their life, you can choose the hours you want during our work week Monday to Friday to fit in with your family demands (no weekends/limited travel). Your portfolio will be at the complexes you represent so you "are not" travelling all over the Gold Coast doing inspections.
Work up 30 hours per week so you can be available for school drop offs & pick-ups.
We are a team of 18 which includes leasing, administration, maintenance and grounds staff, you will be part of a small team of four managing the rental pool.
We manage four complexes on the Gold Coast that has a total of 780 properties, we currently lease 230 of these for our investors throughout Coombabah, Miami, Bundall and Mermaid Waters complexes.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio at Mermaid Waters and Miami.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Organising and completing property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to standards
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
- Work with our admin, maintenance and gardening teams to provide the ultimate experience for all of our stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Leasing and or Sales License
- 2+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of properties
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
