We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager or caretaker couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of a coastal short-term accommodation resort in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

This is a genuinely hands-on position. The resort operates with a small team, and the successful applicant will be actively involved in both the caretaking obligations and the operation of the short-term letting business and accomodation is included.

Responsibilities include:
Daily common property maintenance, cleaning and presentation
Pool and spa monitoring, cleaning and maintenance
Grounds upkeep and contractor coordination
Oversight of housekeeping
Managing guest arrivals, departures and guest enquiries
Day-to-day management of the short-term accommodation business
Liaison with the Body Corporate as required

This role would suit an experienced management rights operator or caretaker couple who is practical, organised and confident managing both operational and guest-facing responsibilities.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in a similar management rights or short-term accommodation environment.

Contract period would be appoximately 6 months
