Featuring a master bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with single bed, kitchen with oven and fridge, dining table and chairs, lounge, air-conditioning, bathroom, small verandah and driveway parking for one vehicle. Please note: Microwave, TV, linen, kitchen utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery are not included for long-term rentals. Electricity is not included. Sleeps maximum of 2 adults & 1 child on a long-term basis.

Village facilities include 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers & clotheslines), sports court and barbecue areas.

Rental Conditions:
- Fixed Term Lease of 4 months
- Rent: $520.00 per week, plus electricity. Electricity is read fortnightly.
- Initial payment: First 2 weeks rent ($1,040.00) in advance, RTA Bond of $1,560.00, $100.00 refundable key/boomgate swipe card deposit.
- Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant ID and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made.
